1. Backup all of your data to your laptop or cloud before performing any resets.
  2. Before resetting, remove your SIM card and any memory card. If possible, make sure the phone is charged to 100% so that the phone will be powered to complete the reset process.
  3. Follow the instructions below for your model of phone. If your model is not listed please visit the ZTE website for further information.




Phone off - hard reset

  1. Press and hold theVolume UpandPowerbuttons until the ZTE logo screen appears, then release.

  2. Press theVolume downbutton to highlightwipe data/factory reset.

  3. Press thePowerbutton to select.

  4. Press the Volume down button repeatedly until "Yes -- delete all user data" is highlighted.

  5. Press the Power button to select.

From the menu

Home screen > All apps > Settings>'PERSONAL >Backup & reset> Factory data reset>If the phone is password protected, enter the Pattern, PIN, or Password> Erase everything.
