COVID-19 Update

Advice for collection partners and consumers

Like all organisations, MobileMuster is carefully monitoring the latest developments in relation to the coronavirus, the welfare of our staff, customers and suppliers is a top priority for the program. We are following all directives from health officials and the government, along with taking guidance from our logistic partners and recycler who are also reviewing their own business practices to ensure the health of their community and business operations.

How to recycle

We are encouraging consumers to stay at home and use our mailing label if they are looking to recycle. You can request a reply paid label via our website and we will post it to you. You are able to use this label to post back your mobiles and accessories for free by simply dropping it off at a AusPost red box, at the same time maintaining safe social distancing.

Collection partners

Collection partners, including retail stores, councils and workplaces will decide as to whether to they are open to the public and accepting MobileMuster collections at this time. We understand and support our collection partners who are closing operations until further notice. We are committed to supporting our collection partners and customers to ensure safe and secure operations throughout this global crisis.

Booking in a collection

Our recycler has had to make some changes to staffing and logistics to ensure business continuity. As you know the current situation can change quickly in the coming weeks. If you are a collection partner and have been thinking about booking in a pick-up, then now is the best time to do so. Either use the online booking form or call our bookings team on 1800 249 113.

However, please be patient, as we expect some delays in boxes being collected as our logistics partners modify their business operations to ensure continuity of their business. If you have a box/es that has yet to be collected please reach out to us so that we can follow this up.
