Film Competition

Finalists and People's Choice Shortlist

The tightly contested student film competition has moved a step closer with the release of the finalists and highly commended entries. This year we received over 400 film entries from around the country. A panel of film, environmental and education experts selected the finalist and highly commended entries based on their creativity, technical skills, environmental message and relevance to the theme Small actions. Big Impact.

Voting for the People’s Choice Award is now open to members of the public who have until 30 October 2020. Vote now! You can nominate your favourite primary and secondary film from the highly commended shortlist. The winners will be announced on Monday 2 November 2020 on our website and social media channels. The films will be showcased by MobileMuster and Planet Ark during National Recycling Week (9 to 15 November) to encourage the community to recycle.

Thank you to everyone who participated in the competition.
