Film competition winners announced

MobileMuster is excited to announce the winners of the 2020 Film Competition. Our goal was to give students a platform to investigate an environmental issue, bring their films to life and give them an opportunity to share their voice with a wider audience.

Thank you to the talented students who entered the contest and the teachers who supported and shared the competition as they navigated their way through remote learning this year. The films represented a broad range of styles, from superhero comedies and music videos to insightful documentaries and abstract animations. They were all incredibly creative and their environmental message come across loud and clear. You can watch our winners, finalists and all the highly commended entries on our website. Be inspired to recycle and do some good for the environment.

We received over 400 entries and are proud to announce the winning films, chosen by our esteemed judges. Congratulations to the 2020 MobileMuster Film Competition Winners:

MobileMuster recognised twelve entries to the competition with the honour of Highly Commended. As part of the People’s Choice Award the public voted for their favourite films from the highly commended shortlist. Congratulations to the People’s Choice Award winners.

The film competition is  part of MobileMuster’s education program that aims to encourage young people to look at the impact of mobile technology and inspire them to take action for a sustainable future. The film competition gives students opportunity to show their creative flair and share their environmental voice with a wider audience.
