Like all organisations, MobileMuster is carefully monitoring the latest developments in relation to COVID-19 and Stage 4 restrictions in Victoria. The welfare of our staff, customers and suppliers is a top priority for the program. We are following all directives from health officials and the government, along with taking guidance from our logistic partners and recycler.
If you are in Victoria we are supporting the community to stay at home and use our mailing label if you are looking to recycle. You can request a reply paid label via our website and we will post it to you but it may take a little longer to arrive. We apologise for any inconvenience and hope you stay safe.
All MobileMuster collection sites in Victoria including retail stores, councils and workplaces are currently closed under Stage 4 restrictions. We are unable to book in any collections for collection partners based in Victoria and Tasmania. Please keep your MobileMuster collection unit and any boxes of mobile phones collected in a secure location. When Stage 4 restrictions are lifted we can assist to book in your collection. Please contact our bookings team on 1800 249 113 if you have any questions about outstanding pick-ups or deliveries.
