MobileMuster Film Competition Winners 2022
MobileMuster is pleased to announce the winners of our 2022 Film Competition, which this year drew 60 entries from across the country, with students vying for the top prize in their category and of course, bragging rights.
The films are being showcased by MobileMuster during Planet Ark’s National Recycling Week (7 to 13 November) to encourage the community to recycle. Thank you to all the talented students who participated in the competition.
“MobileMuster runs this competition every year, and we continue to be impressed by the creativity of students across Australia, and heartened by their passion for the environment,” Head of MobileMuster, Spyro Kalos, said.
“This year, the theme was ‘The Science of Recycling’ and our winners showed a high level of understanding about the recycling process and valuable materials that are in our mobile phones, and were able to present this information in both an articulate and creative way. Thank you to all who participated in the competition and massive congratulations to this year’s winners.”
- Lower Primary – Class 2M, Dudley Public School, NSW
- Upper Primary – Euan Sell, PEAC North Metro Education Region, WA
- Lower Secondary – Kaiden, Sid, Malachi, Abby, Tamika, Archie, Cody and Liam, Glenwood High School, NSW
- Upper Secondary – Sienna Barry, Chancellor State College, QLD
A panel of film, industry and environmental experts selected the winners based on their creativity, technical skills, environmental message and relevance to the theme The Science of Recycling. The films were showcased by MobileMuster during Planet Ark’s National Recycling Week (7 to 13 November) to encourage the community to recycle.
