MobileMuster helps create a new Guinness World Record

MobileMuster is proud to have sponsored DV Safe Phone‘s Guinness World Record setting moment at the Salesforce Agentforce world tour at the ICC in Sydney on 25 February!

DV Safe Phone created a new world record for highest‑ever number of phones tested and readied in 8 hours, for victims of domestic violence. Each phone is a lifeline for those in need.

The total number at the end of the day came to 1,289 phones checked. Any phones that are not suitable for redistribution are recycled with MobileMuster.

The MobileMuster team volunteered their time on the day – including Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association Ltd CEO Louise Hyland, David Robb, Joel Murray, and Alejandra Laclette – checking phones and helping volunteers with the process.

A massive thank you to everyone involved, in particular DV Safe Phone CEO Ashton Wood for his tireless efforts. A massive achievement, and one that is immortalised in the Guinness World Records!
